A real estate industry professional since 2003, Graeme has had incredible success selling properties on both the eastern and western shores of Hobart.

Tasmanian born, Graeme spent 4 years working in Canberra before returning home in 1995. With a career in various Commonwealth Government departments spanning over 30 years in finance, training, human resources and rehabilitation case management roles, Graeme held outstanding people management and interaction skills before making the move to real estate.

In real estate, first impressions count - both to clients and to vendors - and Graeme places a strong focus on the presentation of the properties that he handles. In fact, Graeme strongly believes that real estate agents don't sell houses - they market properties to an appropriate audience and they manage the negotiation process on behalf of vendors.

A resident of the Eastern Shore since his return to Tasmania, Graeme is actively involved in the community through his sporting pursuits; he has been an A grade squash player for over 3 decades, and his interest in thoroughbred racing.

Priding himself on his people skills and communication abilities, Graeme offers his clients a personable, engaging and ultimately rewarding real estate experience, as evidenced by his rapid progression within the Tasmanian real estate sales industry to his current role as one of the four owners of Signature For Property.
