A skill gained from a diverse background in small business, accountancy and even a stint on a drilling rig. Phil understands that buying or selling a property is one of the biggest business decisions in a person's life. He is well placed to provide the most accurate, decisive and analytical advice to vendors and purchasers based on his comprehensive knowledge of Tasmanian real estate and his former successful career as State Accountant fora national insurance company.

Phil understands the commitments and demands of modern life. He strives to provide an honest, reliable and personable approach that will take the stress out of buying or selling. Himself the father of a 'blended family' of five children, he understands the complexities of juggling family and life activities.
